submitted to the
Committee of General Legislation of the House of Congress
of Argentina. The bill will be handled in sequence by the following

Committee of Public Works

|| A meeting took place in the House of Congress
with the consultants of the congressmen of all three committees.
Representatives of the Free Path Foundation (Fundación Vía Libre) were also present. Problems
and doubts connected with the bill were discussed. Finally a
paper was presented to the consultants
with the recommendations for the law, product of ideas and comments
expressed in the discussion's list firstname.lastname@example.org.
|| A committee meeting took place, integrated by
members of the three committees, the consultants, Congressman Dragan and
representatives of the Free Path Foundation (Fundación Vía Libre) : D. Polzella and F. Heinz.
The consultants' draft was accepted as
a starting point for the next discussion with the consultants.
The attending congressmen decided to invite the Heads of Cabinets of the
Executive Power, in order to choose a Technical Advisor and to have a
meeting with the Consultants, and to have a meeting of consultants to
start the study jointly. This meeting will take place Wednesday May 16, 2001
at 3:00 PM in the Office of the Committee of General Legislation.
Congressmen Cesar Albrisi, Luis Sebriano and Congresswoman Maria T. de
Colombo attended the meeting as part of the Committee of Public Works.
A meeting of the consultants, the three committees, representatives
of the Ministry of Public Function and representatives of Free Path
Foundation (Fundación Vía Libre) F. Heinz and J. Lenton, took place. This meeting served to prepare a
draft on the Bill of Free Software V5 .
The General Legislation committee send the text of the bill to the Heads
of Cabinets, in order to consult the Executive Power about it.
